A highlight at both the Sherman Oaks Film Festival and Film Invasion Los Angeles is always the filmmakers mixers. Talented people meet each other and the festival staff, forming connections and getting enthusiastic about each other’s work.
For years filmmakers expressed to the DIFF staff that they would love mixers held throughout the year. We hesitated, wondering if the demand was truly there, but in 2023 we gave it a try and the people came!
